GoPro HERO9 HERO8 Beep meanings

This is a quick post on what the beeps mean on a GoPro HERO9. The beeps are the same on HERO8 and probably older versions. I don’t have older camera models so I don’t know.
You should be familiar with your GoPro and its functions. Consult the manual if you are not. The beep meanings are very important if you can’t see your camera’s screen when using it. For example if it is mounted on your helmet when skiing or mountain biking, you need to know what your camera is doing just by listening to its beeps. The manual explains how to control your camera in detail. It however doesn’t mention the beeps AT ALL!
I figured out these beeps and their meanings through trial and error and put them here. Hope it helps someone. If it does, clap!
